Is storage really shared across Photos and Drive?
Yes. Your plan is one storage pool used by both Photos and Drive, so you never have to guess how to split it. Vault doesn’t count against it.
Can I move my existing Google Photos or iCloud library?
Yes. We provide guided import tools for Google Photos and iCloud, and our team can help with large libraries on the bigger plans.
How many people can I add to my plan?
As many as you like. There is no seat limit and no per-person fee, so your partner, your parents, your kids and your closest friends can all live on one subscription. Everyone gets their own private Photos and Drive, and the only thing shared is the storage pool, which makes the plan size the one number to watch.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period, and you can download everything in original quality at any time. We never hold your data hostage.
